Then, your therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress to your comfort level. Throughout your massage, your therapist will only uncover the body part being massaged. You can let your therapist know at any time during your session if you’d like the pressure adjusted.
Once your massage is complete, you’ll have time to get dressed again. There’s no necessary downtime, so you’re free to go about your day normally!
